Our Vision
Our vision begins from the vineyard, where the grape is created and ends at the winery where the final product is produced. For us, consulting and correct practice in the vineyard, using precision viticulture and gentle interventions are crucial for the promotion of the 'terroir'. The subsequent vinifications capture the terroir and the identity of each indigenous variety.
Our vision is that Winest will manage to put another stone in the development of the wine culture of our country.
Winest was founded in 2016 as a wine network in order to represent Greek boutique wineries as well as some selected wineries abroad. Bearing in mind the abundance of indigenous varieties available in our country - over 600 in number - our goal is to promote them in the Greek market.
Our Goal
Our goal is for the consumer to have easy access to quality wine, which is why the development of sales in different places or regions (cellars, restaurants, e-shop) is our primary concern. Our main asset is the education of both professionals in the field and ordinary consumers and wine lovers, through seminars, master classes and staff training sessions. The creation of the winest e-academy, an online 'school' for wine, where anyone can access, is another important tool in this direction.
