The "Lithos" winery was created thanks to the vision of the research oenologist Epaminondas Tsoutsouras and the winemaker-oenologist and owner of the vineyard, Tzakos Dimitris, in order to rescue, cultivate and spread the rare indigenous varieties Makrypodia, Mavrompumpuko and Mavrotheriko in the world of wine . The privately owned small vineyard is situated at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level in a beautiful landscape with great natural diversity above the sources of the river Acheronta, contributing to the production of excellent quality wines of international standards.
