The Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre family has been active in the production of wine in Chablis since the middle of the 18th century. After 80 years in the service of one of the most successful wine cooperatives in history, co-founded by Gille's great-grandfather, the Fèvre family returned to bottling their own wines in 2003. Driven by the preservation of the quality of the soil and the seamless expression of the minerality and complexity of their terroirs on 50 hectares, they have turned to sustainability and organic viticulture, while simplicity and vinification by vineyard are the order of the day in the winery.
