Originating from the peaks that connect Grinzane Cavour with Serralunga D'Alba, the Bruna Grimaldi family made a major qualitative leap in the production of Piemonte wines in the 1990s, when they expanded their vineyard and built their new winery to concentrate on bottling wine from their own vineyards alone, covering a total of 15 hectares. Today, among other things, it produces four Barolo DOCG from six designated vineyards in the area, with a strong emphasis on traditional low-intervention winemaking and the low environmental impact of the packaging used. These wines are aged for at least ten years.
