Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery was founded in 1904 by an Italian immigrant and has gradually established itself as one of the most important producers and practitioners of sustainable viticulture in Sonoma. USIn the 1980s it became one of the largest wine producers in the United States as a whole, but has undergone a major change of direction in the 21st century, focusing on producing high quality products that showcase the terroirs and the complex character of the county, with a particular emphasis on matching planting material and growing site. Out of the 15 varieties that are vinified, we singled out the classic Californian Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
