Founded in 1900, Clos Saint Jean is now considered one of the leading wineries of Châteauneuf du Pape and produces six wines from a total of 44 hectares of vineyards. Fully sustainable in terms of cultivation, its management and pest control are carried out organically. The white wines are produced entirely in stainless steel tanks, while the red wines are fermented in cement tanks. Maturation in oak barrels takes about 12 months.
