Dimitris Tzakos (Winest) and Michalis Papatsimbas (Materia Prima) collaborated with the oenologist and owner of Akriotou Microwinery, Vassiliki Akriotou for the creation of the Terra Apeira series. They wandered through the vineyards of the Platees of Boeotia, tasting and creating blends of varieties and vineyards in order to make three delightful wines (white, rosé and red), to suit the modern lifestyle. The freshness and expression of the fruity character of the varieties is the common denominator that links the wines in the range. The Terra Apeira range is the beginning and part of a broader project of wine and vineyard exploration of the regions and varieties grown in our country.
